• Drop Forge Hammers (3 Nos working) capable to forge component weight upto 20 kgs per pc as customer specification.
• In house facility of heat Treatment to normalize and annealed forged pieces.
• Shot blast machine capable of shot blast the forged pieces for surface finish.
• In house facility of Machining having CNC, VMC, DRO, Shaping, Broaching and Induction Hardening.
• To cost cut we have a conventional set up also as per customer satisfaction.
• Capability to forge components from different grades of Plain, Alloy and stainless steel including all steels of En- Series, Low carbon, mild steel, SAE 8620, 16MNCR5 / 20MNCR5, SAE 1141, SAE 1541, ST 52.3, 17mn2/20mn2, SAE 4140, 41cr04/ 42cr Mo4, SS30411 etc.
